"DEFENDING PRICE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY (TM)"

Italian automotive suppliers continue to face significant challenges every day, including those related to cost reduction.
To help our members address these challenges, ANFIA is pleased to announce the launch of the "Defending Price in the Automotive Industry™" program (in collaboration with Kotler Marketing Group - https://www.kotlermarketing.com/), designed specifically for Tier I-III suppliers in the automotive and commercial vehicle industries.
The updated seminar will explore strategies and tactics to offset and recover labor and energy costs, as well as how to quantify the value of the advantages offered by Italian suppliers, from shorter supply chains, design and engineering assistance, to improved quality. Guidance will be provided on how to best quantify the value of suppliers' carbon reduction initiatives.
High-quality suppliers can counteract purchasing demands, and this industry-specific program will show you how.
This course was attended by staff from nearly 950 automotive and commercial vehicle suppliers, including 94 of the top 100 European suppliers. Dozens of ANFIA members participated and positively evaluated the program.

Course delivery
This live, virtual workshop (delivered via Zoom) is led by automotive industry veteran, Steve Rose, and will be conducted over two (2) consecutive days.

Contents
The seminar, in English, goes into depth regarding strategies and tactics designed to place Italian suppliers in a stronger negotiating position with OE purchasing teams - whether it’s recovering labor and energy costs, or quantifying the value of all the advantages Italian suppliers’ offer – from shorter supply chains, design & engineering assistance, or the value of higher quality.
